First register yourself at the site. This is a very quick process and we need very little information to register you. Simply click on the create new account link below the user login box and follow the instructions or if you are already registered simply log in and then jump to step 3 below.

Secondly, you must confirm your registration. We will send you a confirmation email to the address you gave us at registration time. Simply open the email, follow the instructions and at the end you will have confirmed your registration with us.

Finally, once you are logged-in and confirmed, look on the user menu on the left hand side, click the 'My account' link. Then click the 'my newsletters' link, simply subscribe or unsubscribe to the bulletin/newsletter by checking or unchecking the required box.

Once you have subscribed to the newsletter you will continue to receive it until you tell us that you no longer wish to receive it. In order to unsubscribe, simply follow step 3 and uncheck the subscribe button.

Once you are subscribed you will also be able to post comments on certain sections of the website.
